it| Il progetto di ristrutturazione e ampliamento interessa un fabbricato residenziale esistente. La genesi compositiva dell'intervento, dopo uno studio accurato dei limiti, ha riguardato l'individuazione delle possibilità di ampliamento, studiando contestualmente l'innesto organico con il complesso esistente. L'uso razionale e funzionale degli spazi caratterizza il progetto distributivo interno, che compositivamente si sviluppa con una zona living al piano terra e zona notte al piano primo. La luce riveste un ruolo fondamentale, il piano terra infatti si affaccia con ampie vetrate verso la piccola corte interna, generata dal posizionamento del nuovo volume in ampliamento. 

en| The restoration project with enlargement regarding the existing’s residential building. The project begins after an accurate study of the limits of the area, and the identification of enlargement opportunities, learning at the same time the organic’s graft on the existing building. The rational and functional use of the space characterising the distribution project with living space in the ground floor and the sleeping quarters in the first floor. The light plays an important role, the ground floor it overlooks with large pane windows in the courtyard.
